From the moment I drove over to your facilities with a truck full of furniture 5 minutes before closing on a Sunday afternoon, I've been offered great service.
I rented a 10x10 indoor unit for 3 months and have been extremely pleased by how well your facilities are maintained. The indoor and outdoor lighting is great when dropping stuff off after hours, the security seems to be very comprehensive, the hallways were always kept clean, there was practically no dust in our storage locker, access to our unit by way of the service elevator was convenient and all of the staff was very friendly and courteous.

I am a commercial tenant of Zoom Zoom Storage in Thornhill, occupying a thousand square feet in five separate warehouses within the one gated secure location. As such, I have staff in and out of the premises often. We have always found the office staff courteous and helpful, the grounds impeccably managed, equipment in good working order for access (card lock and code lock gates for instance). Snow is promptly shoveled in winter, locks and associated services are readily available and reasonably priced. I would recommend this company and these facilities highly. My units are temperature controlled except for one. They all serve my company well. I also note the caliber of my co-tenants is high and I have met several new clients on the premises.
